Jim Hamerly

With a career spanning over five decades and five distinct industries, Jim brings a wealth of leadership experience as an entrepreneur, senior corporate executive, and educator. His background includes fifteen years as a founder and fifteen years leading corporate research and venturing for giants such as Xerox, Netscape, and AOL Time-Warner. Additionally, he spent 17 years in higher education and continues to contribute his expertise to numerous community and business boards. Jim holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT, UC Berkeley, and Carnegie Mellon University.
