Tim came to Radeus from a Precision Optical company where he helped manage the production team, QA department, purchasing, and the testing and cleaning departments. With his background in precision optics with tolerances up to +/- 8 helium atoms and experience working with defense contractors, along with his interpersonal skills, he has been able to support his team accomplish their goals.

Since Tim came on board in 2022 he has helped lead the production staff of varied experience levels to regularly improve production performance. His passion to help others grow and succeed has motivated him to aid his team in their professional development through support and encouragement. One of Tim’s primary goals is to continue to build a cohesive team of continuous learners to help Radeus Labs meet and exceed expectations as the company’s vision is realized.
